CUMBRIA MASTER GOLFER RULES (2025)

1. All competitors must have a WHS CDH number registered to England Golf.

2. All Competitors must either be born in Cumbria or be a member of a Golf Club affiliated to The Cumbria Union of Golf Clubs. It is the players responsibility to inform the competition committee if their Home club is outside Cumbria and as a member of a Cumbrian club wish to be considered for points awarded in the Cumbria Master Golfer competition.

3. In the event of any tie in the Cumbria Master Golfer Event for final placings, all placings tied will be decided from rounds of The Cumbria Strokeplay Championship.

The order below will be the 4 criteria used to decide tied placings.

(1) Total points accumulated in the County Strokeplay Championship

(2) Total points scored in R4 of County Strokeplay Championship

(3) Total points scored in R3 then R2 then R1.

(4) If still tied the amount of Events entered will decide.

4th Place     10 Points

5th Place      8 Points

6th Place      5 Points

7th Place      3 Points

8th Place      1  Point

Order of Merit 

1st = £400.00 voucher     

2nd = £200.00 voucher   

3rd = £100.00 voucher
