Inter-Club Matchplay Championship Gets Underway

Yesterday, teams representing golf clubs from around the county took part in the Preliminary round of this years Inter-Club Matchplay Championship at Cockermouth Golf Club.

Congratulations to those teams who made it through. The course was in superb condition and provided a good test for players, on top of the challenging foursomes format.

The stage is now set for teams to lock horns in the 1st round proper being held at Keswick Golf Club on Sunday 31st May.
